Cabin
The shower cabin is made of double-sided PVC-coated polyester fabric (18 oz/yd²), watertight, mildew-resistant, with large transparent windows. Thanks to the thicker fabric used, the unit is robust enough to withstand the rigors of regular training exercises without wear. The floor is made of double-sided PVC-coated polyester fabric, watertight, mildew-resistant, with anti-slip embossing (25 oz/yd²).
Shower system
The system includes a hose arch with full cone nozzles (4.70 l/min at 3 bar per nozzle), a hand shower with a 3.30 ft hose, stop-cock, a D-coupling for water supply, and a C-coupling for wastewater. To ensure long-lasting use and reliability, we use brass fittings throughout the system. This upgrades the standard plastic fittings, which tend to become brittle and break during use.
Frame
Inflatable frame made of airtight double-sided PVC-coated polyester fabric (32 oz/yd²), connected with the shower cabin by a rope. This inflatable design offers superior advantages over traditional metal frame or pole showers. There are no heavy poles to get bent, corroded, or lost, and the setup/tear-down process is significantly faster.
While the shower can be erected in approximately 1 minute using a standard electric blower, we also offer an optional compressed air cylinder kit. This allows for rapid inflation from an air bottle, providing the same "no electricity required" advantage of metal frames and ensuring deployment is possible anywhere. A pressure relief valve is included to prevent overfilling.
