Mass decontamination systems are designed to provide a clean and controlled environment for large groups of people to undergo decontamination procedures. They are typically used in emergency response situations where individuals may have been exposed to hazardous materials, such as in a chemical spill or biological attack. Our mass decontamination systems are especially designed to have a low weight, a small packing size, easy handling and quick setup.
Mass decontamination showers become useful when crisis situations arise, and a large number of people have been exposed to hazardous materials. The design ensures easy transportation and quick setup in the event of an emergency. All our decontamination systems are made of fire-resistant fabric.
Our PVC fabrics are compliant with REACH regulations, and our PU-coated fabrics are OEKO-TEX® certified.

Product description
Frame
Inflatable frame, operated with 4.4 psi overpressure, made of airtight coated fabric 32 oz/yd², connected to the shower cabin with a 'cord and loop system'. The separation of the frame and the shower cabin is possible. The frame is inflated with compressed air or by using an electric blower within approximately 1 minute; the relief valve prevents the frame from overfilling. This inflatable design offers superior advantages over traditional metal frame or pole showers. There are no heavy poles to get bent, corroded, or lost, and the setup/tear-down process is significantly faster.
Shower cabin and groundsheet
The shower cabin is made of yellow PVC-treated polyester fabric, waterproof, antifungal, and has large transparent foil windows. The groundsheet is permanently attached to the shower and made of grey PVC-coated polyester fabric. Thanks to the thicker fabric used, the unit is robust enough to withstand the rigors of regular training exercises without wear. The floor is made of double-sided PVC-coated polyester fabric, watertight, mildew-resistant, with anti-slip embossing (25 oz/yd²). The shower and groundsheet can be cleaned with any common cleanser.
Shower equipment
Arched tubular system containing nozzles, hand shower with a 4.92 ft hose, D-coupling head for water supply, and C-coupling head for water discharge. To ensure long-lasting use and reliability, we use brass fittings throughout the system. This upgrades the standard plastic fittings, which tend to become brittle and break during use.
